Probatis Resources was founded in 2018 by Araseli Ramirez, after fifteen years of managing warehouse floors across San Bernardino and Riverside counties. We started with one client and seven associates. Today, we partner with more than 180 operators across the Inland Empire.
Why "Probatis"?
Probatus is a Latin word meaning "proven, tested, approved." It reflects how we screen every associate before they ever step on your floor — and how we measure ourselves: by the people who stay, return, and grow into supervisors.
We are a small team on purpose. Our coordinators answer the phone themselves. Our owner still rides along on first-day check-ins. That is not marketing — it is how a staffing partner is supposed to work.

Araseli grew up in Fontana and spent her career on the warehouse floor — first as an associate, then as a shift lead, then as an operations manager for a regional 3PL. She started Probatis Resources after one too many staffing agencies sent unprepared people to her dock.
"I knew exactly what a good agency was supposed to feel like," she says. "I built the one I wished I had as a manager."
Today she still personally signs every new client agreement and visits every new partner site within the first 30 days.

Coverage is the job. We over-staff before we under-staff and never leave a shift uncovered without a phone call first.
Be honest about fit
If we don't have the right person, we say so. A bad placement costs everyone more than an empty seat.
Take care of the people
Associates who are treated like adults — paid weekly, dispatched fairly, listened to — stay. Retention is our quiet superpower.
