David Dzigba
(Non-Executive Director (Chairman of BoD)
David is a seasoned leader who has consistently driven growth and operational efficiency in the telecommunications sector. As Managing Director of Helios Towers Tanzania and previously Helios Towers Malawi, he has demonstrated a strong ability to lead prominent companies to new heights through strategic vision and financial expertise.
Drawing on his accounting and finance background, David has successfully implemented streamlined financial processes and cost management strategies. He has introduced performance metrics, budget controls, and financial forecasting techniques, significantly improving operational efficiency and ensuring prudent resource allocation.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana and an MBA in Finance from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. This robust educational foundation has equipped him with a deep understanding of financial analysis and investment strategies. His experience as a Financial Director at Helios Towers Ghana has also honed his skills in implementing robust risk management and compliance measures, ensuring financial health and regulatory adherence.
Mitchell Ackah
Managing Director
